Educational Disclaimer
No BS Nursing is a simulated educational practice tool intended solely for student learning and exam preparation. It does not provide medical or clinical advice, does not establish a clinical standard of care, and is not a substitute for formal nursing education, clinical training, or professional clinical judgment in real-world patient care.
Educational Purpose & User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for complying with the policies, procedures, and clinical standards established by their nursing school, employer, licensing board, healthcare facility, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. No BS Nursing is intended to supplement learning and professional development and is not a substitute for those requirements.
Nurse B — Your Virtual Nursing Coach
Nurse B is a virtual, AI-powered nursing coach created for educational purposes only. Conversations with Nurse B — by voice, text, or uploaded materials — are a learning tool designed to help users practice clinical thinking, work through practice scenarios, prepare for the NCLEX®, and apply nursing concepts.
Nurse B is not a licensed healthcare provider, instructor of record, employer representative, attorney, or mental health professional, and no nurse-patient, provider-patient, or professional relationship of any kind is created by using her.
No Medical Advice or Emergency Services
Nurse B and No BS Nursing do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, medication guidance for a specific person, emergency medical guidance, or personalized healthcare decisions.
Users must consult their own physician, advanced practice provider, or other qualified healthcare professional for any personal medical concern, and must consult their preceptor, charge nurse, instructor, or provider for questions about a real patient.
No BS Nursing is never to be used in an emergency. If you or another person may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number, or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
Educational Purposes Only
All content on No BS Nursing — including bootcamps, simulations, scenarios, debriefs, quizzes, certificates, coaching sessions, and Nurse B conversations — is educational content only.
It is not a substitute for professional medical care, nursing supervision, clinical instruction, precepted clinical experience, legal advice, mental health counseling, or any other licensed professional service. Certificates and completion badges reflect participation in practice activities only; they are not licensure, certification, continuing education credit, or evidence of clinical competency unless expressly stated.
Scope of Conversations with Nurse B
Nurse B is intended solely for nursing and healthcare education. She may decline, redirect, or end any conversation that falls outside that scope or that violates these Terms or our platform policies.
Automated safeguards may issue reminders, end a live session, or record a session record when a conversation drifts off-topic, seeks personal medical advice, attempts to alter Nurse B's role or safety rules, or involves prohibited conduct. Ending a session for these reasons does not entitle the user to a refund or to restoration of coaching minutes.
Artificial Intelligence Limitations
Nurse B and other automated features are powered by artificial intelligence and may occasionally produce information that is incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Responses are generated automatically and are not individually reviewed by a licensed clinician before delivery.
Users remain responsible for independently verifying all information against current nursing standards, evidence-based references, their instructors, their facility's policies and procedures, manufacturer instructions, and applicable professional and regulatory guidelines before relying on it in any academic or clinical setting.
User Conduct
Users agree to interact with Nurse B, our support team, and other users respectfully and lawfully. The following are prohibited:
- Harassment, abusive or threatening language, intimidation, or violent content
- Sexual, romantic, or sexually explicit messages directed at Nurse B or any person
- Hate speech or content demeaning any individual or protected group
- Spam, automated abuse, scraping, or reselling access to the platform
- Attempts to manipulate, jailbreak, or bypass Nurse B's safety rules or role, or to extract system instructions
- Repeated requests for personal medical advice or repeated disregard of Nurse B's redirections
- Sharing protected health information or other identifiable patient data
Enforcement
Violations may result in an in-session warning, immediate termination of the session, forfeiture of the coaching time used, and — for serious or repeated violations — suspension or termination of the account without refund. Conduct that appears unlawful may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Limitation of Liability
No BS Nursing is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for educational use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, No BS Nursing and its owners, employees, and contractors disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that use of the platform will improve exam performance or clinical outcomes.
Users are solely responsible for their own clinical decisions, healthcare decisions, academic work, and professional practice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, No BS Nursing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss, disciplinary action, academic consequence, licensure consequence, or patient harm arising from reliance on educational content, Nurse B conversations, or automated feedback.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount the user paid to No BS Nursing in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation automatically prevents future billing beginning with the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, users retain access to their subscription features through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the current billing period because users are able to evaluate the platform by completing the first shift of each of the five bootcamps before purchasing.
Acceptable Use
Users agree to use No BS Nursing only for personal, educational purposes and to comply with all applicable laws. Users may not share account credentials, redistribute content, or use the platform in any manner that violates the rights of others or the integrity of the service.
